Order Processing.

Orders placed before 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the following business day. Orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes.

Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery details. The delivery address cannot be modified once the order has been collected by the courier. Orders cannot be dispatched to P.O. boxes.

Tracking Your Order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the courier's website.
